hello all

i need fair investigate ,

i cant understand when i lost my honorable ribbon , i swear i never use hack

before 7 months games give me error when i playing , i just seek Justice

all i need to investigate , i played for more 5 years , i hate hackers , Why deprive me my honorable ribbon

i cant play without my honorable

i want you to explain to me why and how i lost honorable ribbon now , i don't think you are happy when you Wronged people .

    You can lost it just in don't closing your mouth like the basic victim of cheaters. If you're too harsh in chat when idiots destroy your game, these idiots will report you for that and ... you lost your ribbon like that lol
    Vicious paradox, reported by hackers for don't accept them in game ... then pay the price of this ribbon to play clean.

    Most likely, you lost your honorable soldier ribbon like the rest of us, a false positive from xtrap like Hack Tool Detected or like me Hack Detected; 70_12. I sent a ticket when it happened and they told me that there was evidence that i had malicious software on my pc. When the ribbons came back and I saw my honorable soldier ribbon was gone, I sent another ticket and I got a generic response from a robot. Most likely you were not reported by some idiot that sent a replay, because they can see hacks in those replays. I think you can kiss your honorable soldier ribbon goodbye.

    Pretty much that, i got a 1 hour ban on my 4 star, getting hack tool detected 70_12 (no previous bans), next day i login on the website it no longer has honorable soldier ribbon; sent a support ticket hopefully i manage to get the ribbon back although i doubt it since they'll most likely say the same thing as they did too Igun4u

    i lost mine after a 1 hour ban recently i got it back 2 days later. Support were deffinately on the ball with giving me mine back.

    You can get banned and lose honor ribbon for:

    Charge back (most common) - Banned until you pay - honor ribbon permanently gone => no hope of getting it back
    Xtrap hack tool detected (false hack detection) - Could be caused by many different software (.exe) that Xtrap does not recognize. - 1 to 5 minutes ban for investigation? If you are lucky your tickets would be responded by a good GM and he might re-instate your ribbon (I wished.)
    Xtrap hack tool detected (real hack detection) - Nothing to say here, if you hack you get banned => you deserve it - If you are caught hacking by auto ban - 1st time: 3 days, 2nd time: 7 days, 3rd time: 3 months, 4th time: permanent.
    Account Ban for Investigation (usually when z8 needs to verify something).) - Don't expect your ribbon back - duration varies.
    Vulgar languages to GMs, Impersonation of GMs. Ban duration varies. Say bye to ribbon if this happen to you.
