If you can find someone with windows 7 64 cd just reformat and use your 32 bit cd key
you might have to call in over the phone if it don't work but it only takes a 5 min to get it done " when ms ask you how many pc's is this for tell them only 1..
and so you know you don't need 4gigs of memory to run x64 win7.
I run windows 7 x64 on my gateway netbook it only has 2gigs of ram nd runs fine
and i use windows 7 x64 on my main pc and run's cross fire great..

get 64-bit. There's really no reason at all to still be using 32 bit, it's both slower, and beginning to go out the door. I transferred to 64 bit last year, it's fantastic.
