Clan Impersonation?

Hi! I'm hoping there's a mod out there who can help me with this issue. My clan is being impersonated by a few individuals and they have some sort of issue with us. They made a clan with exactly the same name but there is a space within the name that is not visible so it looks exactly the same. The leader of this fake clan is FyGameHouzi and they have been using this clan to hack, fraud, defame and impersonate our players. The clan was made recently on 12/30/15 and they have been using it to hack. I was wondering if this is actually allowed on crossfire?
