GoCash card not working - very mad please help!

I bought $45 worth of GoCash pre-paid cards, and the pin is not correct. It is 3 sets of 4 numbers then 1 set of 3. Not 3 sets of 5 numbers for the pin. I am very upset. Please someone Saidin or whoever is in charge, help me out. I will demand a refund if these cards do not work.
