ID already logged in

Morning, today i logged in and it said that my ID was already logged in. Is there a way that when i log out some bug keeps my account opened?
Another question: About the fever, when i play fever goes up, does it decrease with time or if i hit fever 3 100% it stays there til the end of the day?
I already altered my acc details should i be worried about this incident? Any suggestions?
