Didn't receive my AWM Infernal Dragon

I'm curious as to if it is just me or did any other player end up not receiving they awm infernal dragon? I don't really care about the sniper tbh, I'm much more worried simply about the ribbon. I played the required minutes on each of the days so I'm really hoping that it is just late and no one has received it yet.
