Hack reports hibernating ...

Well, i was used to see my reports treated within 48 hours last months and now i've 5 fresh reports wich sleep. Each time that i add a new report, i don't see any changes. No green "open" mention, and i post only very obvious reports.

so i have questions :

- is the report system down ?
- is the report system in plain upgrade (fingers crossed for yes) ?
- must i continue to "take these very long minutes to review the game saved, note the time, nickname, hack, go to the website, login, go to the section bugged 50% of the time (404), retry, write all infos, submit then Hourra !!!" ... or it's useless for the moment ?

thanks for any information, i don't want spend that bunch of time for nothing.
