Missing the 'My Ribbons Are Made Of Crystal' Ribbon

Hello, so.. i got a Problem.. I got 20 Ribbons and at December the 10th i wrote the Support that i didn't got the 'My Ribbons Are Made Of Crystal' Ribbon yet.. They answered me and told me to wait 2 Days to get the Ribbon.. But now we got December the 15th.. I wrote the support at the 13th and today and didn't got an Answer yet.. Can anyone tell me why i didn't get the Ribbon ?.. Please help me..
