NO footstep sound, no fire sound

Since i installed windows 10 i dont have any sound in crossfire.It was fine when i had win8 installed.I tryed a lot of fixes, downloaded almost all possible codecs, but nothing worked for me. Help plz!

apparently there's 2 downloads called "windows media feature pack" on microsoft site
these are the ones that i installed to solve the sound issue for me.
32bit
