CrossFire scammed me...? GM help!

Okay so, when the servers for CrossFire came back online last night for around 10 minutes, I knew the IGN purge was then active. So, before I got disconnected, I changed my IGN from "G33ke" to "Goldy" and it worked, I had that IGN. And now this morning my IGN is still "G33ke"...how? I looked up the IGN "Goldy" and no one stole it...the guy/girl who has it hasn't been active for a year...come on what is happening? Can I please just have my IGN back?

It could be a bug or something but I just really want that IGN and there's even proof I changed my IGN to that you can probably check logs or something to see...
