Resolution problem windows 10 1920x1080

hello i have a problem when i start crossfire i only see a quarter of the game so i cant play dont cant go to options to change my resolution how can i solve this? my screen resoluition on desktop is 1920x1080

does the game go to the bottom right side of your screen?

If so just trying and make sure you are not clicking on your desktop/other programs and make sure everything is minimized

What if like your playing in your laptop on windows 10 and the same happens but im new so i need to buy a new character and what do i need to do what to press or something pls need help i want to play crossfire
