Abnormal Ping

Same issue for months now my ping used to be 50 now it is constantly 85. It would of been nice if they told us they moved the servers or at least acknowledge there is an issue other than say nothing to your players I have been patiently waiting for months and my ping has not got any better. For a multi-billionaire company the customer service is not where it should be for addressing issues and letting your players know ahead of time what the issue maybe.I expect more but maybe that is just me. Been a player since 09 there is only so much a loyal player can take without feeling betrayed.
