I use gold shock card from event + 1 stabilizer -> to increase a gold shock from +9 to +10, even was writing: <<Greatly increase success rate>> final result = FAIL !
Also from 10 ZP crates open = 1 cupon ? ! (Meantime see on CF EU - your parteners - from any RP crates you get at least 1 cupon !)
So there is no random win/get here - is just a success ( or drop ) rate - decreased drastically by some inteligent staff !
