I wanna play this server with some my friends. But i cant log into game because ur server maybe block my country. Can u please unblock my IP?

The IP restrictions have been in place since August 2011. I doubt that they are going to lift the IP restrictions for a country.

Try to find the Version closest to your Region, and play that one instead. (Most likely CrossFire Europe.)
