Am I the only one not getting the New Halloween Mask from the Spin The Wheel Event? I got it twice, but when I log in I dont have it...

Happened to me yesterday. Haven't gotten my mask yet.

I sent a support ticket and they gave me my mask for 14 days. They are aware of this issue.

Do you have a screenshot of getting it? if so submit the ticket and it will be resolved for you.

I was going to but I though, maybe I'm the only one who has this problem. So I have no screenshots, can't they see somewhere that I got it? I'm pretty sure I'm not lying about it.

Yeah, they later asked me around what time I won it, I told them to look at the lower right corner

They have thousands of logs an hour being created by the wheel I expect, so it'd be quite hard without exact times etc to find your instance, if you understand? I'm sure you're not lying too, but unfortunately life's not always that simple

Well, I won it again and took a screenshot this time, lol. I'll send a ticket tomorrow.
