Serious Rant Regarding The Forums

Lately I noticed that the Lost Saga forum counts your post at all the sections of the forums

so why not our forums do the same?why CF forums don't count your posts on off-topic and technical support?

call me "crazy" but in my opinion forum full of post farmers is better than dead forum(I miss YMB? and kitta so much)

The forum is not even close to being dead. Of course, there are less new threads/posts on a daily basis than a few years ago, but it is still pretty active.

Also, a forum full of nonsense because people are posting stuff just for the sake of getting their post count to grow is worse than a dead forum. It is perfect as it is. Rather, Lost Saga should do the same.

Btw this should be either in Suggestions or Off Topic.

Quality over quantity.

Post count isn't that relevant anyway. Players mostly use it as a requirement for giveaways to prevent people from entering multiple times.

What happens next is GENIUS.

If you want high post count just reply to every thread where post count is accumulated without breaking the necro post rule. You can also bait users into responding to you so you can respond to the thread again, multiple times. Once you have done that proceed to the Lost Saga forum and act like you play the game. I'm pretty sure i've seen you copy and paste other peoples responses to certain topics, so continue to do that.

Enjoy this flawless method towards gaining 50,000 posts. Anyone care to try and vouch?

If people don't post in off topic simply because it doesn't rack up points I doubt they wanted to partake in the conversation anyways.

Im glad post don't count in the offtopic section. Less people have lots of posts making it so that only people who work for it, can have it.

It was done to prevent flooding of specific forum areas to bump count.

If you have any technical problem I doubt your increased post count will be relevant to you.

And in off-topic? Well... it's off-topic.

CF forums have been around triple the time Lost Saga forums were first set up. lol
