Cannot get into Game

When I go to put in a code name and confirm it will not let me press OK and get to the game, it will let me press cancel but it doesn't do anything. my drivers are up to date, I have 30 mbs down. 24 gb ram, i7, 880m geforce gtx, directx 11. any help would be nice, thanks.

AI: I just installed the game btw, this is my first time trying to play it, so i may have intalled incorrectly, but I have also re-installed the game twice now.
