I'm planning to create 40,000ZP event which will be divided into 3 winners,

1st prize 20,000ZP
2nd prize x2 10,000ZP Each

You dont need permission to create a ZP event and as for rules:idk,common sense should apply I guess? Most basic rule is to deliver (fake events should = ban)
