Did not receive my welcome back package

Hello,

I received an e-mail from crossfire which invites me back to the game for which they will give me
• 30 Day M4A1-Bronze
• 30 Day PSG-1 Red Dragon
• 30 Day Mauser M1896 Gold
• 30 Day Kukri Tiger
• 30 Day Soccer Grenade
And if I login for straight 30 days I get m4a1 silver or ak47 silver depending on my choice.

I received the e-mail on 21st August . I was asked to login before 31st and I did so. I logged in on 22nd August. So should i count 30 days from 22nd August or I cannot receive m4a1 silver cuz I did not login on 21st August ? I did not yet receive the above temporary items.
And Furthermore, for how much time or how many games should I login to ensure that I logged in on 22nd.
Please help me.
