graphic problem on win 10

Hello!
I just installed on my laptop windows 10, I solved a problem posted in a topic/thread, but now I have another one.
When I launch CF, it seems to run in window mode. I tried to fix from compatibility an so on, and nothing. SS:

But, the question is, why when I enter in a game,(I entered in a ffa black widow match) everything is normal, and runs as well?
P.S.: I changed the settings from CF, even resolution on pc, I tried with recommended setting from windows, nothing happens. Please help me someone...
