Cannot log in

I decided to finally give crossfire a go, I am using an account I made awhile back because it seems they wont let me make another from the same computer. I can log into the forums and website no problem but when I try to log into the crossfire game it pops up with the "wrong user or password" error even though I am typing in everything correctly.

    Can you send a Support ticket regarding this problem?

    1- http://support.z8games.com/
    2- Send ticket
    3- CF
    4- Tech. support
    5- complete the ticket and tell them whats is happening!
    6- Send ticket
    7- Keep checking the ticket (By pressing : View ticket) to see their reply to you.
