Karma Koin purchase not working

I bought a $50 Karma Koin card online from PcGameSupply. I checked on Karma Koin website and it says the card does have $50 on it. But when I go to deposit on here, I type in the PIN number and get this error : "Unsupported currency or requested transaction currency is different than card currency."
Anyone know a solution?

    At the top of the Deposit section before you choose prepaid cards>Karma Koin there's a drop-down box to select your country, make sure that's set to the same country as the Karma Koin card you bought. pcgamesupply sells them in US$ and Canadian dollars so it's going to be one of those two.

    Last I used Karma Koin was on the 4th, my country selection on the Deposit page was set to US and my card was US$ and it worked fine.
