it tests averages and the main line from your nearest switching station to the other one say in toronto
on some other variables (not your exact phoneline)

what a load of rubbish a london server would be 127 = = higher then my average ping -
Br Server LoL because you are brasilian doesnt mean that BR server will come over!
i'm from europe, not brasilian.
i want that uk server more than you (180-200 ping, remeber?) but i think that br server will come out first.
why?

Not saying it is so (and if it is, its a rather poor solution). But it could be.
