A guy who I cant kick

In my clan there is a person who haven't been active for 2 month.
Im a luit so normally I can kick but now if I kick him
I get this error: This person is not in you clan
Then I look at his profile and he is in another clan, but he is taking space in ours.
My clan: dutch return
The clan name on his profile: UKSFINEST

Does anyone know how I can kick him?

hmmm most likely a server error

try again later
or contact him and tell him to leave

Yepp, looks like a Server Sided bug. Try to Kick him later again, ask your Clanleader to kick and/or when this dont work, contact the Support. They can kick him for you

the clan leader is a friend in real life, he lives in my street he already tried.
But I will send a support ticket.
