Change the name change server to allow punctuations

I'm still grumbling about this but I've recently bought a name change and it seems that I cannot use periods in the new name. This annoys me because since periods were allowed when I chose the name when I first created my character in-game I assumed that punctuations were allowed in name changes as well.

My current ign is E.L.I.T.E.13
I wished for it to be e-L.i.T.E.

So now I feel that I have wasted ZP because I have a name change just laying around that I find no use for because I would prefer an ign that is e-L.i.T.E.

I would find it very helpful if the name change server allowed in name changes involving punctuations.
