Send a support ticket, ask them how much.

Then you buy karma koin, or whatever supported game card. Give the code, and whatever is left will be on your account.

For example, 10kzp is $8.99 if you get charged for 10kzp, it'll be 18.99 so you gotta buy $25 or $20 game prepaid card, send a support ticket with the code and which prepaid card you bought, and they should clear your account.
