My suggestion: keep the whispers, clan messages, etc in you chat box. Don't make them dissappear whenever you switch channels. It's soooo annoying. I whisper something to a guy, I switch channels and I immidiatly miss the message. Just let all whispers, clan messages etc stay in that little chat box.

I agree with this as well. it's a pain to have to tell someone to retype something because you changed screens as soon as they wisper you.
It's also a pain the other way around when you need to retype something.

Yes, some sort of log or what not is definitely a good idea for me.

So many times I've missed messages and who knows how many I missed while in the item shop or storage.
