Actually its pretty clear that you have to remove your armor. It is not the GM's responsibility to make sure your team has the proper gear on, its yours. They are there to make sure the games get started/completed on time, check for cheaters and any other in game issues that may arise.

Well if he was pretty new to the game, why wouldn't the leader check with him more about his storage before the game since you ( his teammates) knew he was new? also it is not difficult to scroll down in his storage since he is new there is really not much in it :v. plus if he lied/didn't see the armor, its his fault and his fault brought down the team, so what does the GMs have to do with that o.o?
