what are the good video montages Programs? (good not perfect)
Cuz i wanna do my own

Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13 or suite is quite good. Offer a bunch of effect with the program and some program for sounds. $140 for suite and $90 for platinum. This is pretty same as Sony Vegas Pro. Vegas Pro is over 400$.
