Client 13_1?

How am i suppost to play the new game mode for the event, if whenever i snap someones neck i get client error 13_1? I already sent a support ticket but i wanna know if this is a known issue and when it will be addressed and fixed? Hopefully you don't need to neck twist for the 30 kills, hopefully you just need to get 30 kills because i can do that, fine. But is anyone else getting that? whenever they snap more then like 6? I believe.
