Support Ticket?

I sent a support ticket to get my account unbanned for chargeback with the Karma Koin code number. It's been a week and no response. I'm finally back to play crossfire and I'm trying to pay off my chargeback and get my account unbanned. Can a GM check my ticket out and unban it for me? My support name is "lars01"
