X-trap error : 08-0400-00000000-512

Can someone help me with this problem? I was searching forums and some people are saying uninstall xtrap then start cf or get rid of your anti virus HALP this started happening yesterday I use WTFast which makes my ping lower also then 2 days ago my ping unusually high at 103-110 when I live in California my ping is usually 92-94
Oh ya it usually happens 3-9 minutes into a game the error pops up :/

    This solution helps me ( until yet ) with this X-Trap pop up issue:
    - Add the CrossFire program and the entire CrossFire folder to the list for exceptions of the protection-programs on your computer like firewall and antivirus. Close all unnecessary programs in the background before you start Cross Fire.
