Lost My Vip accaount

when i try to open the game the pass is not correct i try to send to mail but when i open my mail the game send the mail for another account i relay fell bad about it i have the security question answer only (when i open my friend account i see that my e mill is opened !!!! can any one help me

    Please contact account support at http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit - after choosing CrossFire as department, you will be able to choose “Account Administration” for you concern.
    Please include the correct Login ID that you would like us to help you with on the space provided on the support form (It will say “Login ID:”). Please also include all of the information that you can in the support ticket.
