Clan Gaza

I, G.tech, the leader of my clan Gazaa. in this picture it says that my clan will be disbanded and will be banned since some people are sending insulting fake reports. if this was the case, why would the clan be responsible to a such thing? how would the leader know that this member sent a ticket saying this, this and that... ? why would the whole clan be disbanded over a player?
