this my frist time to see this error i dont know how to fix it any one can help me please ?

You get file is changed error because your Anti Virus/Firewall is blocking some parts of CF NA and it can not start properly. So what you have to do is reinstall the game, and give CF NA exception in your Anti Virus/Firewall settings. Good Luck.
