I got a ak47 silver 7 day instead of 3 red sniper crate from 200 sniper kills and I didn't even get 1 rifle kill so can you take my ak47 silver and give me my 3 red sniper crates?

There were a slaugther ticket event, a while ago it's over now, but some ppl still gets the slaugther tickets.
