MY ping suddenly went up

i was playing cf na today in uk server 1 and my ping was 170-180 and suddenly after 6-7 hours wen i was not playing wen i opened cf a my ping was spiking alot and was 200++
and because of spiking i cant play also please gm take out a solution for this as my internet doesnot problems irestarted my modem many times but still the issue remains please take out any solution and fix this problem as soon as possible

    No offence but, wow that large ping in uk server's , surprised your not kicked every game , mine is 28 in uk server's and 108 in alpha :)

    its according to your country
    Egypt: you should play in all uk servers
    American: you should play in all Na servers
    from United Kingdom and europe : you should play UK servers too
    any country else try to figure out what is the nearest country to you

    I also have the same problem, day before yesterday my ping in Alpha was 50 - 60 but since yesterday its over 150, even though I live in USA.....
