im join game 14 march 2015 time:11:00 (turkey time not problem)

not problem to game

leave and join new time 13:00 (14 march 2015) and hack tool deceted banned me peramently

im dont know
im not use hack

he is saying he was playing at 11:00 and there was not any problem and then later i did wanna log in to my account at 13:00 and then was my account banned for no reason im not using any hacks or kind of that progams.
