So when i play a game, it goes to the screen where it shows which team lost and won and like amount of xp and money u got. then it goes to the room screen where everyone is set to play when i can see all the text but my screen is black and then 10 seconds later i get kicked and the window is x'ed out by itself.

This is a known Bug where the Developers are already working on a Solution.
If you want, you can try to reinstall your game, that sometimes helps aswell.

also i dont really know how to delete my gameguard(i think it might be a problem with the game guard and my anti-virus(mcaffe)). Please help me this game is awesome

For deleting your Gameguard folder, go into your Crossfire directory (C:/programs/crossfire/Gameguard), right click on your gameguard folder and click deletion.
The missing files should be automatically repatched, the next time you'll start your Game. If that doesnt happen, you need to reinstall your game.
Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, gameguard.mon and gameguard.des files got full access through your Firewall and turn your Antivirus Program off for the Installation. (If these Error still excists after the reinstallation, you need to add a Exception into your Antivirus programm, that the Crossfire Applications wont get blocked in any way)

.i run the game on 800x600, i dont know if i should try something else or what.im very confused help me please. I a sure that my comp requirements meet the game's although i am playing on a laptop and its not that great.

Here you can see, what the minimum Requirements are, that you can run Crossfire at least on low Settings.
