so i pay for 100K zp x2 i get to a page where it said payment successful go to z8 site it says payment failed try it again same thing takes the money gives support the transaction IDs and they get back to me they cant find the transactions with the info i gave them what other info do they need to sort this problem out? took them almost a week just to reply to my support ticket.
