two problems

I just installed the game and everytime i start the game it takes a really really long time to get to the log in page. I noticed that when the game is checking resources files it takes about 15 mins for it to finish. Is there a way to fix this?

My other problem is when I do get into the log in page it gives me another error and it stops me from logging in. I forget what the error is called. Anyone else know what im talking about and is there a way to prevent this?
