My ghost mode experience in a nut shell!
If i start off as a BL and i see the other team using vips/shotguns i normally would go a round or 2 using just my knife-cfstars. If they kill me a lot i upgrade to boxing gloves imperial which normally does the job. However i purposely single them out. I would bhop past the whole gr team just to kill that one person untill they rq or change their gun.
My Gr experience is not too bad because i normally run around either trying to knife a ghost or snipe with barrett but its easier to choose how fair you wanna be as a gr.
I just dislike people who top frag with vip or ksg and they gloat like OO im a pro you guys are ez. -

thanks for sharing. i should of asked people to share their everyday experiences. pretty interesting.
the problem with targeting shotguns is that if you kill them, some one else will pick it up. so you're fighting against more shotties than you have to.
you could target a vip, but it's so dangerous and some just rejoin if you kill them early. -
Ive learned to play more defensive if gr has more of a better loadout. planting the bomb discourages gr 70% of the time because they rather have all the ghost dead then defuse. Most of the shotgunners will be more focused on the defuser so if you have a fast melee like gloves or even shovel you can take them out. I feel that bl is more of a disadvantage if they play offensive even though their goal is to plant the bomb and to let it explode but hey everyone has their own play style you just have to adapt to the current state of the game.

That's why you got to have your own playstyle in order to have an advantage :P

After reading some of the comments posted I agree with a lot of you. VIPs and a-hole players with huge egos have killed the fun that was GM. The worst weapon in GM is that damn VIP M4s. I use regular knife and no armor but having too face an weapon that can kill you with no skill at all is fcking annoying. I can't count the amount of times I stab an VIP user in their face only too get 80+ damage and then they right click and boom Im dead.
I could use FP kukri but that weapon is OP as fck if you have an decent bhop and I just love the challenge of using reg knife. My GM experience have changed over the years. I use too love this mode bc it was my ideal mode in a game, and then I found it and fell in love. Now with armor VIPs,KSG,AA-12,horrible reg and A-hole players this mode have become an pain in the ass. I'll never consider myself an pro in GM bc I'm an proud High rank noob...
@JudgeSim I remember you from a couple of years ago and you were an cool person glad too see you back too balance out the a-holes in this game now, hope too run across you again

Stumbled into this GM room a couple days ago and I thought it was worth SS'ing. Haven't seen this many GMers in a room in a while. Also, havent seen a room full of low pings in a pub for a while too. Nice to see this again. GM has changed so much. VIPZ + inflated ranks FTW!! -

Well you'd expect us all to have higher ranks because we've all been playing for years now, minus the people that just farm all day. Played a couple of games every now and then the past month and a half. These days it's either too easy or too filled with VIPs and shotties. Wish I was around more often to see games like the ones above.
Anyways, I either progress from a sniper to a rifle depending on who's playing or I just pull out a knife.
Rarely used an m4 unless I saw some people from exertus or shank. As BL I do the same thing by using a knife but then GR is so stacked with either guns or GR sided gm players most of the time it's hard to play casually with no armor or axe, I'd actually have to try to not die in a pub if I didn't. I don't mind dying but it's no fun if you die instantly to a one hit shotty or constant spray from a 38(?) bullet m4 that reloads faster than the regular one. Over half the games are lab and everyone decides to camp A hallway... Even members from exertus and shank, but then there are those from those same clans who don't as well which gives it a little fun.
GM lost what little class it had but there are still some players who are still a little fun to play against. Exertus and Shank seem to have many players on at least from what I've seen during school hours. Maybe we can see some future scrims for fun? -

yeah i was going to mention that but i felt like i was complaining too much lol.Wallbang guns and low recoil guns too op
in ghost mode, i don't think those are worth complaining about.
the instant reload speeds, huge damage, and loads of ammo are the big problems.
players are more rewarded for being reckless and trigger happy than precise and tactical. -

Near impossible. Everyday we ask them to cw but dodge city. Once in a while a cw goes on but only when twinge can gather up his "best" players. Plus they aint down for legit scrims cause they dont like tourney rules cause they vip dependent/bat n knuckles.
