I SUBMIT A TICKET, AND I WAIT FOR U GUYS FOR A LONG TIME TO SOLVE MY TICKET. CAN U GUYS HURRY UP TO SOLVE MY TICKET? ARE ALL GMs DEAD ON THOSE TICKETS? PLZ HURRY UP TO SOLVE MY TICKET,PLZ. MY TICKET IS SMQ-503-54142. PLZ HURRY UP. I WANT A GM OR Z8GAME OFFICIAL STAFF COME IN AND HELP ME, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

really? I don't care about ur staff, man. I can't do anything about your account. If i were them, i will setup the notification for submit ticket, when i got it i will answer and help u immediately. Not like those z8game workers been too lazy and stupid. If i was the boss of them, i will screwed up their salaries let them know how lazy and stupid they are. I give u a advice, man. How about just take a look at chinese agency tecent. Their work are brilliant, not having all those ballsheets complainments and problems for players. It's really makes players that they don't have those sever problems like laggy, high ping, login failure etc. U got it? ==5 minutes lol other customer like me wait 17 days to get a simple reply.

Depending on the issue, and depending on the department, tickets take different times to handle, or get through. Unfortunately, the backlog of billing tickets is still being worked through by the specific department that handles those issues. It's very frustrating that it's taking so long, I do understand this. It's also frustrating for us, since we cannot estimate how long their ticket is going to take to be answered, and those of us that handle regular tickets cannot answer billing tickets.
I can only offer my continued apologies for this situation
The billing/purchases department IS working on fixing this. I cannot say when it will be back to normal, though. -

They have the weekend off.
Please wait until Monday or an available day next week until your ticket can be queued and reviewed. Like they said, they don't have an approximate on when these back-end issues would be resolved. But they're obviously working on it, and should resume to it next week.
