Omggggg so much lag/ ping

ok....my usual ping is around 15 and now all of a sudden its like 1500 and then it makes huge lag jumps......WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY (lag jump is still more than my usual!) PLZZZZ HELP MEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

someone is stealing your wireless internet(neighbor)
