ok the simple solution to this is recovery manager. What you do is go to start the search for recovery manager. After this allow if you need to allow the admin thing and put pass if nessecary. When it opens click no to all questions until you get to the one where it asks you to restore your computer back to factory settings. When this is up select yes as the answer and then click next now it will restart your computer.
PLEASE NOTE TO BACKUP YOUR FILES BEFORE DOING THIS. OR ATLEAST THE FILES YOU WANT AND/OR ARE PRECIOUS TO YOU.
When the computer restarts another box will come up and all that just choose factory settings and that.
THIS IS GOING TO RESTORE YOUR COMPUTER TO THE DAY YOU OPENED IT OUT OF THE BOX.

PS. I did this to my computer about 5 days ago and it is working better then ever and it looks like i have only just purchased my laptop.
