Account blocked for (0 Days 0 Hours 0 min)

Hello i was playing on a S&D mode and my internet went out for about 1 min and game closed down and i have tried to re-log but it says i am blocked from servers for 0 days 0 hours and 0 min but i waited a few hours just in case. and still didn't work now it has been over 8 hours and still does not work. what is going on did i get a perm ban or something?
