My Account is inactive since august, 2014, now i come back after few months, send them the paysafecardcode and since 16 days i have the same support ticket issue like you Interscopes! So i wait until Monday, still noone care, than i quit forever with this game and my account. I coming back because some CF friends ask me on facebook a few weeks ago, but this here with this support ticket is getting ridiculous. Really bad.

Not a problem at all - when I poked billing it was clear that your case was different and they were able to solve it.
For everybody else who is waiting on charge-back tickets, please be aware the billing team is working on them but as stated before some cannot be answered yet due specific issues and investigation processes. Thank you for your understanding!
