one of my cards ALWAYS gets declined when I use it to buy ZP so I just transfer the money to my other bank card and use it. They're both same bank, same type, and same name but the internet is weird. Try a different card maybe?
Also, what did you try to buy ZP through? Karmakoin? GoCash?
