Failed to Connect to Server w[2003] L[o]

Been having this error for 2 days now and it seems like I am not alone. I have already tried reinstalling the game and resetting my router. My teammate also had this issue a week ago and apparently he had to change his ip or something like that. Since support rarely gives you any good advice whatsoever, I figured I would post in here and hope on the off chance that some1 knows how to fix this.
