It's been two weeks and still no word - I don't deserve it? I know you got my last two support tickets I wrote the details on them perfect. So this is my forum thread I'm sending you... I hope you read it! Hey celestine... I'm in a car right now doing ninety on a freeway.

Can I get a response to my support ticket? I'm calling my isp again tomorrow as they keep refusing to change my ip - I know the issue I'm having is to do with my ip address.

Try to restart your router and the problem solved in my case.

Ohhhh if only it was that easy i am facing same issue.Restarting router was first thing to try.You are lucky if it worked for you.
